Casting Instruction
New To Fly Casting or just need a tune up
Let us help accomplish your goals
Fly casting is an art and, as such, requires time, skill, practice, and patience. The progression of an angler’s fly casting skillet can be extremely rewarding and often provides anglers with a meditative release that can be equally as satisfying as catching fish.
Like other athletic facets, a strong foundation is key to future success. It is much easier, and more enjoyable, to start with a proper understanding and technique than attempt to correct casting faults once they have become engraved and proven themselves as a road blocks.
We want to help you understand the timing, tempo, release, rod angle, and power application that create the physics and technique of a proper fly cast. We want to help you achieve that, “ahah!” moment when things start coming together.
Whether you’re a new fly caster starting from scratch, a caster looking to address a problem, or just want a tune-up before an upcoming trip, we’re here to help.
